Shivalik Bimetal Controls climbed 2.73% to Rs 1,036.15, extending a strong run that reportedly saw the stock spike as much as 18% intraday on the back of robust quarterly numbers. The company's Q1 EBITDA rose to Rs 432 million from Rs 320 million a year earlier, with margins expanding to 23.7%, while net profit for the quarter jumped 45% year-on-year. That builds on an already solid FY26, when revenue rose 12.3% to Rs 570.9 crore and profit after tax climbed 24.8% to Rs 95.8 crore, following a Q4FY26 net profit increase of 23.75% to Rs 26.05 crore. The company had also declared a dividend of Rs 2 per share back in February, though it flagged the upcoming departure of CFO Rajeev Ranjan, effective October 31.
