Sobha shares fell 1.30% even as the company posted a blowout quarter, with consolidated net profit surging to ₹508.5 million from just ₹136.2 million a year earlier on the back of record real estate sales of ₹3,656 crore, up 76% year-on-year. Bangalore led the charge, contributing 57% of quarterly sales worth ₹2,067 crore, while the NCR region logged its highest-ever quarterly sales at ₹1,384 crore. The company also disclosed a net cash position of ₹659 crore and an 8.2-million-square-foot launch pipeline for the rest of FY27, alongside board approval for an NCD issuance of up to ₹1,000 crore via private placement. The stock's dip despite the strong operational numbers suggests some profit-booking after the run-up in the sales and cash-flow story.
