Divi's Laboratories fell 3.19% to ₹9,165, giving back some gains after a blockbuster Q1FY27 report on August 1 saw consolidated profit surge 65.5% YoY to ₹902 crore on a 27.8% jump in revenue to ₹3,080 crore, with operating margin expanding sharply to 40.75%, its best in recent quarters. The stock had rallied into those results, touching a fresh 52-week high of ₹8,087 on July 31, and even after today's pullback it continues to trade above most brokerage targets, with consensus estimates clustering between ₹6,900 and ₹7,100 and even the most bullish call at ₹9,140. The board also recommended a hefty ₹30-per-share final dividend, translating to 1500% of face value, while a weaker rupee at around ₹96.57 to the dollar gave revenue a mechanical boost. With a one-year CAGR of over 50%, the stock's rally has far outpaced its 29-analyst average target of ₹8,447, and the consensus rating stands at hold.
