Godrej Properties fell nearly 1.86% today, extending a slide that saw the stock drop close to 4% intraday on results day after Q1 FY27 net profit tumbled 41.7% YoY to ₹350 crore, badly missing the Bloomberg consensus estimate of ₹550.8 crore. The miss came despite booking value climbing 22% YoY to ₹8,651 crore — the sixth straight quarter above the ₹7,000-crore mark — as EBITDA margins contracted sharply to 41.66% from 58.09% a year earlier. The board's approval of merging Godrej Housing Projects into the company adds a structural angle to watch. The stock now sits about 13.7% below its 52-week high of ₹2,352, though still roughly 42% above its 52-week low, and the 23 analysts covering it maintain an average target of ₹2,326.22 with a "buy" consensus.
